Containers for crew accommodation
When the contractor K.G. Hansen needed living facilities for one hundred craftsmen and administrative staff, he contacted DC-Supply. We delivered a custom solution that covered all the needs of the employees. A container building that had a shared canteen, tea kitchen, office, meeting room, and toilet, shower and changing room. The lower floor was constructed of eleven linked containers with a communal canteen, offices, and toilet, shower and changing room. The 1st floor is composed of eleven containers with a large common room, office, meeting rooms, and conference rooms. The 2nd floor is an open terrace where staff can enjoy the sun, eat their lunch, and take a break in the fresh air.
The advantage of a modular solution is that the container buildings can be quickly be scaled up or down as needed. ISO standard size of the modules is equal to a fast and smooth transport.
