If you are looking for a large shop solution, we will build several containers together so that you get exactly the size of shop area you need. On the outside, the shop can have wooden cladding, just as you can choose to equip the container with large beautiful glass facades, giving you a really good display window in the shop. We also offer all kinds of electrical and technical installations, e.g. built-in lighting, ventilation and heating, or smart home solutions and wifi.
The interior design of the shop is mostly limited only by – imagination: You are free to choose cladding for walls, floors and ceilings, and if you need extra soundproofing, we also have extensive experience in that area – so you can safely open a music store or a hi-fi outlet in a container without worrying about bothering the neighbors.

Yes, a custom-built container shop from DC-Supply A/S can be a mobile solution. If you need to be able to move your shop around between different locations, we’ll take this into consideration when designing the container shop, creating the most optimal solution. A mobile shop established in a container is a clever and cost-effective solution when you need a mobile store or pop-up shop.

How big is a container shop?
A container shop is typically based on a standard ISO container in sizes from 6 ft to 40 ft. Depending on where and how you will use the shop, a certain size may be more appropriate than another – at DC-Supply A/S, for example, we have built many small mobile sales booths in 6 and 8 ft sizes. The small sales stalls are easy to move as needed simply by using a forklift. On the other hand, we have also built larger container shops for permanent installation – see e.g. this souvenir shop, which consists of four combined 20-ft containers delivered in Greenland.

Can a container shop be used for self-service?
Yes, in recent years container shops with self-service have emerged in several places, for example in smaller towns, where there is no basis for a manned grocery store. With an unmanned store established in a container, citizens still have the opportunity to shop locally. What types of shops can be operated in a container?
Only your imagination sets the limits to what type of business you can run as a container shop. DC-Supply A/S builds the container shop in our own workshop, and delivers it to you – then you just have to connect the shop to power and possibly other supplies before stocking the shelves and welcoming customers.
