CSC-approved, mobile water purification plant
NATO was facing a difficult challenge. What does NATO do when it suddenly needs a water purification plant that can be moved around the world? They get in touch with DC-Supply A/S – Danish Container Supply, of course!
DC-Supply A/S provided a solution in the form of three 20-ft containers in which a complete purification plant is installed based on the principle of reverse osmosis. The plant is a Plug & Play system (i.e. everything is installed, including water tanks for dirty and clean water). All that needs to be done is to connect the plant to a power supply.
The plant is based in Tarento in southern Italy and forms part of NATO’s rapid reaction force. The solution was CSC-approved for maritime freight, and is easy to move and put up as needed.
