The mobile abattoir is engineered to support the entire processing cycle – from the arrival of live pigs to the chilled carcasses. Outfitted with all essential slaughter and processing equipment, the facility ensures a seamless production flow that adheres to stringent food safety standards, prioritising both animal welfare and product quality.
From Denmark to Malaysia – Delivered and Installed by Experts
Following its manufacture in Denmark, the mobile abattoir is shipped to its destination in Southeast Asia. DC-Supply A/S doesn’t just ship the product – we ensure full implementation. Our own technicians and installers travel on-site to supervise setup, ensuring optimal installation and commissioning in close cooperation with the customer. At the Malaysian site, the abattoir was fully operational within a matter of days. This rapid deployment is especially advantageous in locations where permanent facilities are unavailable or financially unfeasible.
Training and Knowledge Transfer – Empowering Local Operators
A central element of the project is capacity building. In collaboration with AVS Agric ApS – specialists in the operation and management of small-scale abattoirs – the implementation process includes training and knowledge transfer to local personnel.
