The customer raised farmed salmon and needed a recreational facility at their new location in the Faroe Islands.
Flexible and financially clever solution in a custom-built container
Instead of building a complete structure, a container was used to give them a more flexible and economical solution, which also allowed them to move the “farm” to different locations.
DC-Supply A/S – Danish Container Supply delivered a 40ft High Cube container specially equipped with staff facilities and laboratory. The container is equipped with access locks, toilets, a changing room, a shower, washing/drying facilities, a laboratory, and a welfare room with a kitchen.
The container is CSC approved and ready to be sent world wide with a container ship. The container received an extra strong surface treatment as a precaution against the coastal environment.
