Custom-built 10-ft crane container
For the heavy lifting of 200 l oil drums, DC-Supply A/S – Danish Container Supply built and delivered a custom-designed and built 10-ft crane container.
This small custom container features an 8-module JibFlex crane with winch brackets, electrical installation, and conduit for electrical cables. It also includes ventilation grilles on both sides to ensure a constant exchange of air, even when the container is locked. With its efficient design, this crane container is perfect for streamlined operations, making it an excellent addition to any worksite.
Heavy lifting is handled by a crane container
Our customer now has a custom-built crane container to lift heavy 200 l oil drums with ease. The container comes with a JibFlex crane equipped with eight modules and winch brackets for maximum efficiency. The JibFlex crane provides exceptional flexibility, making it perfect for complicated lifting operations. It can move around corners and obstacles and operate in all directions, significantly reducing the need for manual handling. In Addition, the crane can be conveniently folded away when not in use, safely storing and protecting the equipment.
Crane container for heavy lifting – custom-built in our own workshop
The small crane container is custom-built in our own workshop, based on a 10-ft ISO container painted in RAL9005 black. A galvanized steel door with a locking cylinder is installed on one side along with ventilation grills on both sides, ensuring a constant exchange of air even when the container is locked. The steel floor features a raised lip and acts as a waste tray preventing any spillage from oil drums stored inside, therefore avoiding damage to the environment or other equipment.
On a side note, we also have custom-built environmental containers designed for the storage of environmentally harmful waste, featuring a floor specifically designed as a vessel for collecting any waste liquid.
The 10-ft crane container comes equipped with electrical installation and conduit for electrical cables, all tailored to the customer’s own specifications.
