Modular, 6 person housing – Ilulissat, Greenland.
To Avannaata Municipality in Greenland, DC-Supply delivered a complete housing solution consisting of modules accommodating up to 6 people. The housing modules are built and delivered for “modular on-site set-up”, subsequently set up by local labor in Ilulissat.
The housing modules center around six, 20-ft ISO containers, complete with exterior wood cladding, therefore blending nicely into their surroundings.
A complete solution in housing modules designed for Greenland
Built at DC-Supply’s own workshop in Nørresundby – delivered for installation in Ilulissat, Greenland. For Avannaata Municipality in Greenland, DC-Supply A/S built these beautiful housing modules, ready for up to 6 people. The solution is designed and comes ready for quick, “self-assembly”. For this project, we have built and delivered a complete solution with wooden exterior cladding. All of which is then subsequently sent to Greenland and set up by local labor.
The housing modules can accommodate a total of 6 people – with six separate bedrooms all including ample space for a bed, personal storage etc. Included is also a shared kitchen and living room together with two separate bathrooms, including both toilet and shower facilities. In addition, there is also a depot and an installation/technical room. The housing modules also come complete with oil burner and a waterborne heating system.
